All the participants are required to register. Please fill the form linked below and send it to ecm109@iphy.ac.cn before July 20th.

The participants who will attend IVC-18 conference need to register on IVC-18 website separately. See http://www.ivc18.com/en/Index.asp
Registration Fee
The standard registration fee is � 300 Euros and includes:
- 2 x night’s accommodation at Beijing (Friday and Saturday) on a “five-star” bed & breakfast basis.
- Lunch and refreshments (lunch on 21 Saturday and 22 Sunday)
- Reception on 20 Friday evening, and Dinner on 21 Saturday evening
- The Conference Dinner on Saturday evening which is by invitation of the Chinese Vacuum Society.
The registration fee for an accompanying guest who doesn’t need an additional room is � 50 Euros, and the registration fee for an accompanying guest with an additional room is � 150 Euros.
Payment Methods of Registration Fee
All the participants are required to pay the registration fee, either in cash, by Credit / Debit Card on site during the conference, or by bank transfer before July 20th.
(1) In cash:
The registration fee can be paid in cash on site during the conference. Only cash in Euros, U.S. dollars or RMB is accepted.
(2) Credit or Debit Card
Registrants paying by credit or debit card are available on site during the conference. Only account in Euros, U.S. dollars or RMB is accepted.
(3) By bank transfer:

When transferring the registration fee, please include the transaction fees of the bank and make sure that the full registration fee can arrive at the account.
When the fee has been transferred, please send an e-mail message with the name of the participant(s), date of the transfer, and the transferred sum to secretariat ecm109@iphy.ac.cn
Please do not forget to take a copy of your bank’s transfer advice with you to the ECM109 Meeting.
