  • 高真空/超高真空(HV/UHV)系统的设计、安装、使用及维护;
  • 扫描探针显微技术(SPM):
  • 超高真空极低温强磁场扫描隧道显微镜(UHV-mK-11T-STM);
  • 超高真空低温扫描隧道显微镜(UHV-LT-STM);
  • 超高真空低温非接触式原子力显微镜(UHV-LT-nc-AFM);
  • 超高真空室温扫描隧道显微镜(UHV-RT-STM);
  • 各种表面化学分析技术:低能电子衍射(LEED),俄歇电子能谱(AES), X 射线光电子能谱(XPS)等;
分子束外延生长技术(MBE)以及其它薄膜制备技术。



 
 
研究领域


  1. 超高真空有机分子束外延—低温扫描探针显微镜/非接触式原子力显微镜系统(UHV-LT-STM/nc-AFM-MBE)等仪器的研制与维护;
  2. 二维原子晶体材料的可控构筑与基本物性研究:
